Return Eligibility

Lady Vibez will accept returns of unworn clothing items with:

  • Original tags
  • Clear garment packaging with SKU label
  • Items must be in original condition

Important Timelines

  • ✦ Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
  • ✦ Items must be shipped back within 7 days of submission
  • ✦ Order cancellation refund available within 15 minutes of purchase
  • ✦ Processing time: 5-7 business days after receipt

Refund Information

  • Valid returns are refunded as store credit
  • Damaged/defective items qualify for exchange if in stock
  • Store credit and refunds issued within 5-7 business days
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
